Information

In 2005, the Abbaye Royale de Fontevraud granted Rob Mazurek for a multi art residency. A multimedia piece based on the abbey environment using digital manipulations of paintings, piano compositions, videos and text.

In addition, Rob has experimented playing cornet from late afternoon to late at night at various spot in the abbey. Outdoor, indoor in the big church, and in his atelier. Capturing the energy, and giving it back in his own way.

Abstractions on Robert d'Arbrissel is the testimony of this residency.
The record contains a 16 pages booklet with pictures of the recording session, paintings and a poem by Rob Mazurek.
